Make Your Own Product
You must create your own product. No commercial products or flea market items allowed.
Register Ahead of Time
To ensure we have enough space, each vendor must register and pay for their booth before the event.
Have Photos and Descriptions of Your Items
To complete registration, vendors need to explain what they will be selling and may be asked to submit photos of their work.

What are the dates and times for the 2025 Show?
Saturday, October 18, 2025, Sale Hours: 9am to 4pm (Eastern time zone)

What time zone is the show in?
Eastern Time Zone.
Are pets allowed?
Vendors are not allowed to have pets in the booths or buildings.
Exception: Only Registered Service Animals. You must report this and have paperwork to provide to Directors.
How do I know my application has been accepted?
Your canceled check is both your receipt and verification that your application has been accepted. If you want a personal receipt, you may request one and include a self-addressed stamped envelope with your entry.
When will I get my booth number?
When you arrive at the show to set up, go to the office in the Clover Pavilion to check in and get your booth assignment  and vendor packet.
When can I check-in for my booth?
You are not allowed to set up without checking in first. Set-up time is Friday from 2pm to 8pm and Saturday 7am to 9am. You must have everything ready prior to show opening time each day.
Can I sell merchandise that I have not made (Arts & Crafts Vendors)?
No, this is an arts & crafts show and everything must be hand-made by the vendor.
Are Flea-market vendors allowed along with craft vendors?
No, we do not accept flea-market vendors or merchandise.
Are Direct Sales Vendors allowed?
Limited Direct Sales are allowed, but only one of each type. They will be located in a specific area in a specific building (Tupperware, RADA, Pampered Chef, Norwex, Tastefully Simple, etc.) No Avon, Sensy, or items of this sort that competes with our “craft” vendors.
Can we have a space heater?
No, Indiana Fire Marshall prohibits it.
Can we have lighted candles or any burning item?
No,  Indiana Fire Marshall prohibits it.
Can we smoke inside the buildings?
No.  Indiana Fire Marshall, 4H rules, Four Rivers Arts and Craft Board, and State of Indiana law prohibit it.
Where can we park our cars and trailers?
You may park close to your barn that you are assigned to, but not in any fire lanes. Be mindful of the orange barrels and do not block any drives.
May I run my extension cord across the building?
No, it is a safety hazard leading to Slips, trips, and falls.
May I run my extension cord along the wall behind two or more other vendors?
Only if all the effected vendors agree.
Since the vendor next to me is not coming this year, may I move into their space?
No. If the vendor does not show after the start of the show, you may check with the office to see if it is a possibility.
I am a food vendor, when must I apply for a Dubois county food vendor permit?
Apply a minimum of two weeks prior to the show.
